My relatives referred to these large musical gatherings as hootenannies. Musicians and singers performed Americana music--gospel, country and bluegrass. Tell us why you chose this song. “Twilight Owls (Remastered)” Twilight Owls is one of my favorite musical compositions. The combination of driving percussion, haunting flute, and evocative field recordings takes the listener on a journey into the mystical realm of the owl. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moment in my career was the 2007 release of my first album, "Shamanic Journey Drumming." "Shamanic Journey Drumming" was digitally recorded to support the listener in making shamanic journeys.
