Lyanno first arrived amid a buzzworthy Latin R&B wave that produced no shortage of bright young stars, himself included. Continuing the short-form lineage of 2019’s reggaetón-centric Episodios and 2020’s loverman set Foreplay, his Pa’ La Calle does precisely what its title implies, drawing considerably upon his trap fusion roots over the course of six solid tracks. No throwback, he goes in with fresh verses and strong trapero collaborators on “Estamos Arriba” with Eladio Carrión and “En el Tubo” with Brray and Jon Z. All the while, he never sacrifices his R&B bona fides, with “Abusadora” and the raunchy “Fuera de Lo Normal” speaking directly to the ladies.
