Romantic drama web series Faadu is elevated by Santhosh Narayanan’s largely upbeat and aspirational score. The composer—chiefly known for his work in the South Indian film music industry—handles this soundtrack with care and is aided in no small part by lyricist Kausar Munir. There’s tenderness running through the heart of opening track “Saath”, sung by Amira Gill, Sathyaprakash and Haricharan, with touching violin adding depth and mood in the background. The playful Hindi lyrics penned by Munir for pleasant foot-tapper “Haseen Mushkilein” make for another album highlight.
