Executive-produced by longtime Kanye West comrade Mike Dean, this second volume explores a broader range of sinister sounds alongside signature urban-horror scares like “Dirtnap” and “Thresh." “The Give Up” is imbued with a singsong creepiness, while “The Balloons” gives off gothic ghoulishness.
