In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Merv started playing music at only ten years old when he brought a guitar off his brother for $10. Two years later he was singing and playing in a band with his two older brothers. The band was set up in the lounge and almost drove their mum crazy What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? AC/DC, Back In Black Gary Moore, Still Got the Blues (Bonus Track Version) James Brown, Get On Up: The James Brown Story (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) AC/DC was the first concert I went to when Back in Black came out. James Brown love bands groove. Still got great guitar work and feel for blues loved the movie with Albert Collins playing live as well. Tell us why you chose this song. “Miss Lar Dee Darr”  This is a happy upbeat and positive song that reminds me of my late father he says. He would make up nick names for the girl friends we brought home and while I was writing the song I had this big smile on my face.
