In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At 9, Mom had me sing "The Greatest Love of All" at Disney World for a mock music video. The staff loved it so much that they played it on all the store screens. Everyone clapped and that day, I fell in love with performing. I still have that video! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, channel ORANGE Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life These album changed what I thought was possible. The depth of these albums storytelling made me reflect on love, life, and my relationship with self. So much popular music gets pigeonhold into getting rich and flossing..these albums did the opposite! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “We Got This” The past few years have been hard and difficult to process, but love sustains through it all. The world will tell you that all is lost but love will tell you that you're right where you need to be. I think thats something we all need to hear. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing and making music all over the world. I've had writing sessions in Nicaragua, Denmark, and Berlin. I've done shows in Sweden, Bali, and India. I never thought music could take me to so many amazing places. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes of course...I want to perform at festivals and arenas in front of tens of thousands of people. My dream is to also have my song be the defining moment of the biggest movie of the year, making it the soundtrack of an era.
