Secreto de Amor

Secreto de Amor

Secreto de Amor was one of the mighty balladeer's first releases after his 1999 diagnosis of bone cancer, which would ultimately claim his life. Yet his tenor was as powerful as ever, and his leading-man appeal was undiminished. With its flamenco guitars and slow-burning passion, the title track is one of Sebastian’s best, as well as the theme for a long-running Venezuelan soap opera. The mariachi horns and festive feel of "El Toro" give a taste of Sebastian's longtime career as a rodeo performer.
