Inspired by the birth of her first child, Alma Zohar made Pele in 2015, emulating pop music titans Arik Einstein and Chava Alberstein, who also turned their talents to children's music in later years. Zohar re-tunes her country and folk-infused rock, spicing things up with charming wind instruments like the flute and kazoo. Her songs are filled with stories of exotic animals, the wonders of nature and the power of friendship—resulting in a record delighting parents and children alike.
