Cimahi-bred Naff burst onto the national scene, thanks to a string of heartfelt, jangly alt-rock rousers like “Ternyata Mimpiku” and “Terendap Laraku”. Following the exit of original frontman Rusyaedi Makmun, former Indonesian Idol contestant Hatna Danarda stepped in as a replacement beginning with 2011’s fittingly titled Chapter 07 (New Beginning). The album signalled a more polished turn in Naff’s sonics, introducing the band to a new audience for a new era.
