The Rosamunde Quartett -- Andreas Reiner and Diane Pascal, violins; Helmut Nicolai, viola; and Anja Lechner, cello -- was founded in 1992 and immediately won high praise for its performances. It appeared throughout Europe and recorded Haydn, Fauré, Ravel, Webern, Schoeck, Silvestrov, and others before disbanding in 2010.
