At Home With Amy Shark

“I’ve been pretty chill,” Amy Shark tells Apple Music about her self-isolation. “Having a lot of baths, writing music, drinking wine and eating a lot of pasta!” While she’s been enjoying new artists like Gracie Abrams, Powfu and flowerkid, the Gold Coast singer-songwriter has recently found herself drawn towards music she already knows and loves—and she's shared her favourites in this playlist. “While going through weird boxes of shit I never knew I had, I enjoy listening to Kacey Musgraves and Amy Winehouse,” she says. “If I'm on a long walk or run and need a break from listening to my own demos, I'll listen to War on Drugs or Gang of Youths—something with a steady pace.” It’s not all been productive, though—and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. “Some days I feel good and some days I don't really wanna get out of bed,” she says. “So I usually will throw on some Mariah, Lil Uzi Vert or Juice WRLD to get me moving.”
