In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was young and used to play rugby, all of my friends would sing and play guitar after the games and I remember them playing slow jams and pop songs - everything from Bob Marley to Tori Kelly to Miley Cyrus. It was so broad and just great songs What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Take Care (Deluxe Version) Frank Ocean, channel ORANGE SZA, Ctrl SZA - CTRL. I love her songwriting and its an album i always go back to. Frank Ocean - Channel Orange. It is genre-blending and fresh, but still such a timeless album. Drake - Take Care. I have good memories from when this album came out. Tell us why you chose this song. “tiki” The song made such a cultural impact when it first came out, and it's a song that people still love a year later. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My first two sold out solo shows were super exciting for me, and I recently toured with Kehlani which was a goal of mine and I had so much fun doing it. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There are so many because my career has just begun! One day I hope to be performing at Coachella, perform my music around the world, and being able to collaborate with some of my favourite artists like Drake.
