In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember loving music at school. It moved me, and I enjoyed delving into this world of creating sounds out of nothing. Them my music teacher suggested I should learn the violin, was loaned a cheap scratchy 1/2 size instrument and began practicing. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Death Cab for Cutie, Plans MUTEMATH, Armistice Phoenix, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix Plans - the song writing and emotion in this album is intense. Wolfgang Amadeus - the guitars and production are so tight. Nothing is left to chance, everything sounds calculated. Armistice - I love all Mute Math albums, but this album is epic. Tell us why you chose this song. “Unsettled” At the start of Covid-19 all my gigs, tours and life was being turned upside down. Music was my main income, and everything was going up in smoke. I wrote this pretty much in one go as a response to all this chaos. It's raw and heartfelt. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing songs live on national radio...scary! Also, one of my favourite live events ever was in Slovakia post pandemic, where the crowd was singing loudly and I was hit my the emotion of the songs translating live. It was spiritually powerful. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes! I'd love to tour in the US. Plus, there are some big songs still yet to be written. I'd love to keep writing songs for many years to come.
