About Montice Harmon

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Poetically, Harmon's music has evolved since his debut at the age of fourteen on MySpace. In 2010, he released 'Who I Am,' which signified him as a international spoken word artist. He later went on to release 'Eclipse' in 2017, and Stardust in 2022. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brandy, Full Moon Brandy, Never Say Never Luther Vandross, Luther Vandross These are my go to albums for musical inspiration. Brandy's albums 'Full Moon' and 'Never Say Never' is my blueprint to vocal layering and stacks. 'Luther Vandross' by Luther Vandross is my great inspiration for writing good love songs. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Tick Tock (1, 2, 3)” This song was one of my favorite tracks to produce. I wrote it decades ago as a poem, but later had to turn it into a musical spoken word song. It speaks of love in a way never spoken before. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moment has to be when I won my first independent awards along with achieving 20 million streams in 10 years. Another moment was recording my sophomore album, Eclipse. I got the opportunity to work with other artist. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My bucket list is to one day travel and tour around the world sharing my music.
