About Logan Henderson

American actor and musician Logan Henderson is best known as a former member of the late-aughts boy band, Big Time Rush. Born in North Richland Hills, Texas, Henderson got his big break in 2009 as one fourth of the fictional television group that starred on a show of the same name on Nickelodeon. Big Time Rush aired from 2009 to 2014, during which time the band signed with Columbia Records, released three full-length albums (two of which peaked in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200), one film (Big Time Movie), and embarked on five concert tours. An international hit -- especially in Latin America, Asia, and Australia -- Big Time Rush disbanded in 2014 and its members went on to pursue solo careers. During his time with BTR, Henderson honed his songwriting skills, which he later utilized on his own music. Like fellow boy band idols who went solo -- think Nick Jonas or Zayn -- Henderson's early material was decidedly more risque, sexy, and mature than the youthfully innocent music of BTR. A polished blend of pop sheen, electronic beats, and hip-hop flair, his debut single, "Sleepwalker," arrived in January 2017, followed by "Bite My Tongue" and "Speak of the Devil." In 2018, those three tracks appeared on his Acoustic Sessions EP. ~ Neil Z. Yeung
