About D'Nash

Following the trail of Backstreet Boys and Take That, Nash carved a niche in the Spanish scene with their pleasant pop songs and colorful choreography. Basty, Mikel, Javi, and Ony formed Nash in 2005. Due to legal obstacles, the band changed its name to D'Nash, and under that moniker recorded Capaz de Todo, the group's 2006 debut album. Blending pop, modern R&B, and soft hip-hop influences, the album sold 20,000 copies. A year later, D'Nash represented Spain in Eurovision 2007, singing "I Love You Mi Vida" and reaching 20th place in the competition. However, fans considered D'Nash to be a festival favorite, and "Amanda," the single from sophomore album Todo Va a Cambiar, became a Top 40 hit on the Spanish pop charts. ~ Efrén del Valle Peñamil
