In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. During family cookouts, they would always play oldies and DC's GoGo music. When I heard Bob Marley and Chuck Brown for the first time, that's when I knew I loved music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley, Bob Marley & The Wailers, Exodus Remastered Bonus Track Version Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill I chose these three albums because when I listen to them, I can play the album without skipping and I get fully immersed into the story. Tell us why you chose this song. “No Other Way” What makes this song special for me is because of my love for GoGo and how much it's embedded in me, I felt honored to represent it and display it. It's humbling to know that I can create and bring forth a sound that means so much to me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? For me, it would be touring different places. Being able to see the world and the different landscapes, climates, and meeting people everywhere is memorable. It's a great reminder of world and how big it is. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to make music with hometown rap legends and influences, Wale and Fat Trel and to perform my music live on every continent at least once.
