Cody Lovaas

Singer/songwriter Cody Lovaas pens soulful pop songs inspired by the likes of Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, and his mentor, Jason Mraz, who discovered him playing an open mike at the age of 14. Putting a more atmospheric twist on Lovaas' guitar-based songwriting, EDM artists Shallou and Kasbo produced his 2018 single "Find," which accumulated over ten million streams within a few months of release. Merging acoustic sensibilities and downtempo electronic production, his intimate debut EP, Honestly, arrived in 2019. ~ Marcy Donelson
