I bought Radiohead's Kid A the day it was released, and I remember listening to it on a discman, at a train station, waiting to go home from school. I'd never heard anything like it, but I knew it was something incredible. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alanis Morissette, Jagged Little Pill Radiohead, OK Computer Something for Kate, Beautiful Sharks These three album were the first three albums I bought—and they've all had a profound influence on my music, and my view of the world. Tell us why you chose this song. “Keep Me Close” This song is the closest I've ever come to writing a perfect love song. And it involves being thrown in the ocean by an angry mob, so it's probably a good example of why I don't write a lot of love songs. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When Preflight Nerves hit 1,000,000 plays, I felt immensely proud. That a little song I wrote in the living room could be heard by so many people—it's surreal, it's very humbling. It's a real privledge. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Everything. The list is endless. It never, ever ends.
