In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up on pop culture and studying artists like Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, and Justin Bieber. I felt so connected to these artists and their music, because of the versatility of their music and performance styles. Tell us why you chose this song. “Psychosocial” This song expresses my struggles with anxiety since a child and how aspects of my environment have contributed to my issues with mental health and self-esteem. This song is my effort to break through those chains. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Releasing my first song ever in 2018 (while a senior in high school) was one of the most memorable moments of my music career. Making that step towards broadcasting my art and introducing myself as an artist was a pivotal moment for me.
