In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory was when I made my first few songs. I would record in a booth made of glass in the center of a library. When recording, people would circle around the booth and watch me record and edit. Makaveli, The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory Nina Simone, I Put a Spell On You Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap These albums and artists inspired me to challenge the limits of my music. Tell us why you chose this song. “Where the Love Go?” The nimbus around my head are words that radiate truth and power. The song itself has a strong message of love and unity. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When I was in high school I won my first award in London, United Kingdom. It was for "Best Lyricist and Music Video". Also, in my hometown, I won Rapper of the Year in college. These moments were memorable because I realized I can really do this.
